Nine years ago Amy Wiener was rendered unconscious and close to death in a serious car accident. But her bad luck had a silver lining, in that her near-fatal mishap occurred across the street from NuHealth, where doctors reacted quickly to save her life. Richard Visconti was working in New York City when suddenly his leg went numb. When soon after he had trouble getting his arm to function properly, he knew something was wrong and immediately drove home. His wife called an ambulance that rushed him to NuHealth, where physicians nipped his stroke in the bud and got him started on the road to what should be virtually a full recovery.
