Prociding premier Fort Collins Family Practice are to families throughout Northern Colorado with Poudre Valley Medical Group and other Poudre Valley Health System affiliated clinics.
Influenza Vaccine is now recommended for all children 6 months through 18 years
of age. The Wood County Health Department has a limited supply of free flu vaccine
for children. Children's flu vaccine can be received at the Health Department (call
for appointment).
